In this food safety case study, we review the work undertaken by our consultants for a global information services organisation. In preparation for the introduction of a major new European regulation on Food Safety, our consultants worked with our client to develop a training programme specifically aimed at food manufacturing companies.
Our legislation team reviewed the new legislation identifying the changes required by UK food companies and developed a bespoke training course of 1 day duration. Our consultants then delivered the training to a variety of manufacturers across the UK improving staff knowledge of the imminent changes and assisting companies to remain compliant with food safety law.
The course proved to be very popular with a range of UK food manufacturers and provided the skills and knowledge required so attendees could implement new procedures within their own companies in advance of the new legislation taking affect.
